Vision

In 2014, English Study Program of Halu Oleo University is committed to advancing its management system to meet the National Standard. It will seek to produce highly competent graduates who are distinguished by their outstanding skills in English and teaching and to provide professional services which are independent and unique. It will strive to develop a competitive study program which has the ability to compete locally, nationally, regionally and globally.

1. Perform and develop education and teaching to produce professional teachers of  English

2. Conduct and advance research in the field of English teaching and Education

3.Share the up to date concept of Education and English teaching with the community. 
4. Build and maintain partnerships and networked relations with local, national and international stakeholders in the field of Education and English teaching.
